Alrighty, so I hopefully can contribute to the institutional knowledge regarding the 2013's and this mod. I will do this mod if we don't already have this for our year, so I will keep updating as I progress in this arena.

I have been looking at the images from everyone else and there seems to be no true visual difference other than the missing spots to mount the cover.

Here is what the stock 2013 manifold looks like:

I have been searching the online honda OEM part listings and so far it doesn't seem they have updated it for the 2013's yet, so I can't check if it is a different part number than the 2012's.

I am going to be taking my car down to the dealer to get a cracked fog lamp (broke already can you believe it??). While I am down there I am going to see if they can look up the manifold part number for me. I will report back when I find more information.

By comparing several images and schematics of these intakes that this is not the G8 intake manifold or a variation there-in (disclaimer.... as far as I can tell..... disclaimer). So, 2013's time for some swaps.

You going to get a chance to dyno?

Why? I thought this was laid to rest previously that it does provide some gains in the midrange. Are you interested to see what it does for the 2013' specifically?

I don't think I would spend the money to dyno it as I am already convinced it does make a difference.

I will likely coat the intake with the heat sink paint and maybe install a lower intake heat barrier gasket all at once when I get around to do this.

Speaking of which, has anyone thought about using some of the Fit aftermarket intakes, like the WeaponR? It likely would fit, amirite?

I was just curious to see the curve on the 2013s. I know the 2013 makes more power, but I was curious as to where it makes more power.

They haven't released an aftermarket 09 Honda Fit manifold.

Ah, I see. It would be informative to know considering we do make just a little more power. I'll look into it and see if I can squeeze it into the budget, but to be honest I am not hopeful I can justify paying for a dyno.

So how did the install go?

Thinking of installing one into my '13. Anyone figure a way to cover it since the original won't work? Trying to avoid as much warranty/service issues as possible and don't want to have to replace the manifold each time it goes for a check-up

I just went outside and checked to see if I could find and access all of the bolts with my own tools. I figured if I could, I might as well do this DIY... I couldn't find those last 2 bolts connecting the manifold to the mounting bracket. I remember a picture existing a while ago in an obscure thread (that I can't find). Does a picture exist of the bolts needed to be accessed for this swap?

Installed today. Haven't noticed a difference yet, but I was too exhausted to push it. 90 degree muggy heat, my cheap socket set broke, and that screw... That screw was terrible. It took three hours between the install and driving to different places to get new tools (in my bros car). For someone with almost no experience, it's doable and with the right tools I could see a half hour install. I'll update with my thoughts/experiences with the mod on my '13.

Look forward to your update and conclusion of gains? and affect on mpg please.

We'll see on mileage, but initial impressions for my morning commute: The engine feels more "substantial". I know when I did the Takeda the low end was impressive, but then there was a lull until around 5k. I installed the T1R testpipe back exhaust a month ago, and that made it feel better above 5k. It seems like this mod tied both of those together and the entire rev range feels stronger.
