I can't help you with who made it but it definitely isn't OEM Honda.
And Other than having to custom paint it, I actually like it.

 

I found this CRZ for sale and it has this rear bumper on it. Does anyone recognize it? Is it a later model bumper on an early car? I think it looks pretty good on the car.

Reason?

 

I was hoping to haggle to around $7k but when I talked with the guy and his price went up on the phone. I can do just about any work on the car needed. I am pretty handy around cars. I really like his car. Mine had 175k on it and there was no wear on the steering wheel or shifter. The buttons on his mode control and AC were all faded yellowish also. I may put it back on the list if nothing comes up in the next few weeks. There is plenty of life left in his car. There is one CRZ near me for sale.

 

Might be wrong. But it looks like the AIT bumper or the Duraflex Equinox one.
