Yes. Would definitely recommend a Spoon Front sway bar. Makes a big difference in reducing body roll for a couple hundred bucks.

 

I agree about the Spoon fsb, but the OP was asking about a rear sway bar.
I am also curious about this because the CRZ has the solid rear anyways. Thinking more along the lines of a Ultra Racing rear brace bar.

I'd also recommend getting the Progress rear sway bar. I have it and I like it alot. It can be easily DIY-ed if you have a way to jack up the rear. I think I got mine for about $180. You'll notice a difference, but it won't be as big as a front sway bar upgrade. I'd start with the RSB, and see if you like it before thinking about upgrading the FSB.

 

I love my Cusco rear sway bar. Picked it up for under 200 used in the classified section. However, new they go for around 280 or so.

I'm not familiar with any of the other brands. But I know the Cusco doesn't rub or hit anything.
