Looking for a part/part # or someone who sells it

Trying to find the part # for the silver cosmetic ring that goes around the speaker in the door. Seems to be 2 pieces. My bottom part fell out somewhere, and the dealer cant order just the part. His information is showing you need to buy the whole door panel.

If anyone knows the part # so I can give to the dealer or at least look it up on Rockauto etc, Id appreciate it.

I've not had any luck finding this as a separate part, and I've not found a source of another car's piece being the right size (5½" was it?).

I don't know if it's possible to make the "trim tape" off eBay not look like crap, but I think the key would be in making a guide to assure it applies in as true a circle as possible.
