So the drivers side door latch on my 2015 CR-Z broke. And so fixing it has been on my to-do list, but its not like I'm driving her much these days because, duh, pandemic.
Well now I've let her sit too long and the battery is dead. Dead dead. Like "power locks won't respond to the fob dead."
So I can unlock the drivers side door but not open it (broken latch). The passenger door and hatch have no keyholes. I can't jump the car off or pull the battery because I can't open the car to pop the hood.
Is there a manual solution here that I've overlooked? A way to safely pop the hood without the interior release (or a crowbar)?
Thanks,
