I know the two videos I posted above aren't very helpful because of the J's manifold, but it's connected to an HKS HiPower Silent cat-back.

When it was just the HKS cat-back, you could definitely notice the tone change of the exhaust, but the volume levels didn't increase all that much. Volume increased slightly on both the inside and outside, but not to the point that it could be considered droney or irritating. If a mellow sounding, really well made, properly fitting exhaust is what you're looking for, then I could definitely recommend the HKS product.

Hey RustBucket, I am in the process of buying a new exhaust. I have chosen the HKS Hi-Power Silent axle-back. But now Ima go all the way and get the cat-back and a down pipe. I've heard that the HKS center pipe is not that much bigger than the stock pipe. Can you recommend a larger center pipe/cat-back that will work w/the HKS axle-back?

Just outa curiosity, does anyone know a place I can buy the blitz nur-spec exhaust? I know blitz has their own website but I cudnt navigate it well enuf to fimd an actual link to buy and I wonder if theres another site that has it. Also if anyone has tried it and has feedback wud be much appreciated..

Another No Muffler thread w/ Pic & Vid!!!

Well the title pretty much sums it up. Added and extension pipe in replace of the muffler.

And for those of you who have done this and hate all that drone thats in the cabin of your car with the windows up, there is an easy and simple fix. In the trunk where the foam tool tray is there is an open slot where a laptop might fit. I simply shoved a memory foam pillow in side of it and surprisingly the drone dropped about 80% (IMO). I did not have to dynamat or insulate anything else on the car.

Video was taken with and iphone 5, sorry if its not high quality and there was some slight wind in the area.

Thanks!!
