Hey all so Im Leasing my 2012 EX CVT and have had it for about 5 months now with roughly 5000 miles or so. I mostly drive city traffic... Anywho I have posted in the MPG threads about my ****ty mileage, and everyone told me to goto sport mode. So I've been driving in that for the past month with no improvement on MPG- 30-33
So today on a flat long open road on my way to work I switched on ECO mode for the hell of it, because I was noticing my ECO battery dipping quickly. Within 3 blocks of driving under 40mph in ECO it went from a Full charge to completely empty.
When I got the car from the dealer I asked why it was dropping quickly, I was told don't worry it will charge itself.
I'm wondering if this is normal or if anyone else has similar issues? Maybe its abnormal and there is something wrong and that's causing the **** MPG. Hell I'm almost to the 3rd level trophy on the meter...
