hoisumguo: Thank you for this DIY. However, I have followed your instructions; I have found all of the screws and removed them. (Only problem was the black plastic cover over the pillar on the rear edge of the door. The pin would NOT come out of the light gray plastic socket, and broke off.) Now I'm trying to move the door panel vertically, but it won't budge. I've tried banging the bottom of the panel with a rubber mallet, but get no movement at all. It feels so solid! What could I be missing? (2011 EX 6MT)
