And I'm currently reading two different things, the first being that the IMA warranty is 80-100K regardless of state (150K 10 years for CARB-similar states).

The second being that Texas is a CARB-adopting state and Honda has extended the warranties on hybrid components there.

Either way I think you are covered on this. What is your current approximate milage?

I'm trying to find out more on this but I'm almost certain the IMA component warranty was significantly higher than the standard power train warranty as stated above. Also that's a quite a price for the IMA IPU cooling unit, its $220 retail, $150 if bought online so that is a lot of labor they are tacking on. This should be covered though. Without the fan they'll just end up having to cover the cost of a whole new battery assembly. Its definitely part of the IMA.
