CR-Z has hill assist already. Holds the brakes until you get up off the clutch.

No reason you can't do a drift stick. Install would be the same as any other car.

On by default, don't think there is a way to turn it off. Come to a stop on an incline with the clutch all the way to the floor and some brake pressure applied. Should be all that is needed. When you let of off the brake the car should hold in place for 5 seconds before the brakes release.

Make sure that clutch is all the way to the floor and the car has come to a complete stop.

Yeah I guess. Not a standard select it in the menu system method. That will also trigger a disco light party on the dash.
