Any Common Problems with CR-Z to look for?

the CR-Z does ...

...drive forever Check
...put a smile on your face Check
...drop value when you look at it (but who here cares?) yea, holy crap.
...eat through 12Vs (for some people)
...have terrible blind spots (that you can fix with proper mirror adjustment) yea, backing out of parking spaces without a backup camera suuucks.
...have a rusty EGR valve cover (as every Honda does)
...have a whistling windshield over 80-90+ (loose stripping?) mine doesn't whistle until about 100... YMMV
...ride poorly on the stock Dunlops I don't see what everyone else gripes about. I think the dunlops are acceptable... maybe I just need to experience something different?
...have the exploding shrapnel driver bag through 2015 fixed for free at your dealer... eventually
...have rubberbanding on the CVT when you mash the pedal (sometimes) not with the 6MT :vtec:

I'm sure there are more but these are the ones coming to mind immediately. I'd be surprised if Defiant, Spdbump, and a few other regulars didn't chime in :)
I'll add:

...the sharkfin antenna whistles in crosswinds of about 20mph or higher.
...get great gas mileage.

I'll reiterate my usual advice to buy the 2013+ model year, and the EX or higher trim package.

Nothing really against the 2011 or 2012 model years, but the 2013 got a bit more power and a bit stronger battery.

Nothing really wrong with the base/LX trim either (except the lack of ID lights), but the EX has a bunch of convenience features that I find myself bothered by their absence when I drive my other car.

No idea on the fog lights... I've got a 2011 with 106k miles and the original fog lenses... either that or the originals were replaced in the first 48K miles before I bought it.

I love the car. Literally the only thing I hate is when the AC turns off at a stop light when autostop shuts down the engine... I live in Tampa, FL... We need AC year round. But I found just tapping the front defrost button to keep it running is a livable work around.
There's a couple other ways to get the AC to override the auto-stop. Set the driving mode to anything but "ECON" and set AC to "Low", or set the fans to 5 or 6 bars (I think the fan setting one works in "ECON" but I'm not certain).
