It looks very similar to the Remus diffuser. It has the fog light tho but not an exit for an exhaus

Maybe 3d pring an insert for the light? Should be pretty easy to desing it, then glue it from behind.

I like it better with the rear fog light too. Silicone would be good for a housing bracket if you did want to DIY. Adding the F1 flashing brake light is an added safety feature as well.
