Colors are the same across all markets as far as I am aware. So yeah: white / very very light gray

All I can suggest is keep inputting the part number in web search or walk into your local dealer and see if they can assist you. I am in the US and have no idea what parts are available anywhere else. I have found the same part numbers for Honda OEM parts for some items on Amazon. But again, I was ordering a part in the US for a US car. When I ordered on Amazon, it was shipped by a random Honda dealer I had never heard of, but my part arrived with no issues.
