Some dealers were HPD dealers like Ford SVO and other special relationships some manufacturers have, others were not. If you have a local dealer, ask, as that that might save you some shipping costs. As it is part of their regular shipments from Honda and handled as regular freight rather than to a home.

They are out of stock and on backorder(seems like discontinued) all over the country. 2 dealers show in their inventory and they are both out of stock. Most websites that show stock are actually on backorder. Does anyone have any other source for the HPD exhaust?

Car was discontinued in 2016. Most car parts that are unique to specific model are only legally required to be available for 5 years as replacement parts. HPD being specialized optional lower availability parts may not have had the same legal length of availability time. Good luck but IMO you are too late to the party.
