Same problem here. When I first called to add ours to the insurance, the lady kept saying CRV. When she plugged in the VIN, it then showed CRZ and she finally got it. But when i got my EZtag for the tollways, I went in to the EZtag store, so this was not a phone conversation. I even wrote it out on a piece of paper for the lady, but when first e-statement came, it said CR-V
