Actually, it kind of turns the 2010-2012 front end into a sexier version of the 2013 OEM bumper.

I think I spent around $200 on shipping for the lip when I ordered it through Nengun.

It would probably be around $300 through bullletproof as they would have to have it shipped over in a container and then another $100-$200 for ground shipping. I got mine delivered by FedEx and had it in about a week after I ordered it for around $200. At the time, it was an in stock part at Nengun though. Unless you're interested in the grille. Shipping would probably be less than what I paid since it's a lot smaller of a part.
