I did this in my stock bumper. I just created a template from cardboard, and made sure not to cut over the lines so that it will fit snugly. I was selling my bumper although I have a CBP.

Looks like we got ours at the same time ? However, installation on mine might be delayed.

Gonna try and get it done as well as the CMC this evening if all goes well. The clutch master is looking like a real pain in the ass, however - as it is buried entirely behind the strut tower.

I wish I had the time to install both! Let me know how the upgrade feels on both header and CMC. It looks like it will fit the stock exhaust. Also answered your question about the EGR cover and yes it came with mine.

Thanks for the info. I'm sure everyone was waiting in this. Sucks about the check emission and even worst sport mode is gone. I wonder how this would act with the supercharger.

Nice! I really like the combo with this bumper and your hood. I tried Photoshopping this a while back but it never looked right because of the angels. Looking at this set up now makes me want to change my hood. ?

Also... From experience, not sure if you checked the clearance around the headlights. Mine was a little to close to the headlight where spirited driving made some part of the bumper rubbed in the headlights causing it to crack. That was just my experience so that issue might be a one off.

Thanks for the heads up, Ken. Where about's on the bumper was the contact issue?

I did a LOT of testing fitting, sanding and inspecting prior to being happy with fitment. There was definitely some headlight contact in the corners, but that is now remedied. I'm hoping that was the only spot!

The touch point on mine was actually on the front lower tip of the headlight. So, for the driver side headlight it would be the lower left corner.

When installed it looked like it fit , but driving up to Santa Cruz on HWY 17 with a lot of turns it seemed it flexed just enough to be hitting that corner which end up cracking in that area. Again, it could have been just mine, but I wanted to share the info just in case.
