The CR-Z may have better steering rack geometry for lowering, I'm not sure. Just out of curiosity, how much lower have you gone than stock?

the Fit steering mounts forward the axle, the CRZ mounts aft-ward of it. I'm about 1.5" lower and don't have any real bump steer.

in my experience it takes a lot more bump to bump steer cars that have the aft-ward mounting location.
