I have a 2014 CRZ. The radio in mine does not have Navi but could I install a factory radio with Navi?

Wiring is different between the two. Different plugs too.
There are a lot of different stock headunits that look the same on the front but have different connectors on the back.

Factory NAV units are ungodly expensive and as da-coder mentioned, the harnesses are different. It would likely be best to get an aftermarket unit. I personally have a TEYES CC3 and am happy with it, and there’s a bunch of other options out there as well that are just as good if not better.
IF you can manage to source it though, I’d be interested to see the process.
I swapped and self-installed the stock HU with T'Eyes CC3 - a very good android player.

Teyes CC3 is one of the better FYT android units (but hard to root and they have some proprietary stuff). They are a Russian company selling a kit with the FYT + screen + mounting fascia plate.
However, if you have a stock amplifier you need to repin the harness or else it will double amplify.
Hello my radio unit came aftermarket,is there any way to make the controls on the steering wheel to work with the radio unit

If the headunit has a 3.5 mm jack for controls in it, you can hook up something like this: iDatalink Maestro SW Steering Wheel Control Adapter
If it's a FYT unit (T'eyes / Seicane / etc.) you can do it through the headunit without an adapter.

Do you know what is the brand of the oem head unit?

The non-nav appears to be Honda to an extent. (Old pic, I can check for more details once home later) According to images online, the nav unit is manufactured by Mitsubishi. Some other behind-radio parts are also manufactured by Mitsubishi like the USB box

Has anyone tried something like this?
Those are FYT based units. More expensive versions are Seicane or the T'eyes CC3. There are a few people here who have installed those brands. There are other reputable brands too but i don't know which one to recommend as I've never used any. There are a lot of forum postings on XDA about the CC3.

Based on the pinouts for the CC3, you would need to repin it so as to not double amplify.
