I did a bit of digging on this a while ago just never posted findings due to being busy all the time and experimenting with other options.
2016s share front pad backing plates with 10th generation turbo non-SI Civics (SI uses 9th gen facelifted Accord Touring/Sport/Sport SE calipers and rotors, cheap upgrade maybe?) and rear pads with RU5/RU6 HR-Vs.
Here's StopTech/Centric's brake pad offerings as an example with cross compatibility at the very bottom of the description. There are of course specifications in the listings so you can do further comparison with other pads if you choose to do so.

As for rotors... The fronts have a fairly broad selection throughout the Honda/Acura parts bin. Rears we're out of luck on it seems with options.
