I suppose views and reviews are all relative. My last few cars were not smooth, quiet cars. 2012 Ford Focus SE, 2010 Honda CRV, 2008 Pontiac Vibe.... I guess it I never had it, I don't miss it.... I agree that the tires are worse than usual, but even the base stereo is good cover with good tunes! :headbang:

Today I found myself being 'pushed' uphill by a 350IS (although I thought I was doing well). He found a way around me and disappeared over the crest. When I got to the other side of the pass where the road gets more 'fun', I was able to catch him before he got to the bottom. This car handles like its on rails..even my Focus caused me more pause...sooo fun!!!!

setup: It is a one lane road that goes from the Livermore valley to a peak of about 1000 feet, then drops a series of switchbacks through the ranches and windfarms..

Nice writeup!! I agree on all your points! The best thing is that Honda reliability will keep me with my Trudy for many a mile more!!! Congratulations and enjoy!

Great review. so glad to hear the ride is smooth, I'm wanting to buy a 2011 crz and I'm concerned about the harshness of the ride as honda's aren't the best with ride quality. BY THE WAY: I'm wanting to buy a Cr-z and I'd love to know if it has the same IMA horror stories as the civic hybrid. I read such terrible BS about the civic hybrid's i was scared away from honda hybrids.. but I really really want one of these. can you re-assure me it's okay and that the battery pack doesn't fail randomly? and that it does fine in cold weather, etc? just works relatively reliable in general? I've never owned any hybrid just regular ole' gasoline cars.
Here is my three cents worth....I have had Trudy for almost one year and 15k of enjoyable miles. I have not regretted my purchase and this does not figure to change! I have not been a Prius fan...and they are common as ticks on a dog around here.. The Crz was love at first sight and the Hybrid aspect was just icing! I hope you luck on your decision! As for cold weather...well around here under 50 is cold.
