My 12V just went (I hope)

Which battery would you buy from my list?

My car was having the bumper resprayed and was at body for almost a month. Anyhow picked it up yesterday and went to leave for work this morning. Car is completely dead.

Below are my battery choices and price is not an issue as they are within 30 bucks of each other. Also I need to fix today and have not gotten pricing from Honda dealer or IF they have one in stock.

I would really like to try an AGM battery but I dont want to introduce issues. I've read they can present problems especially if they get too low? Also will the CRZ be happy with an AGM?

I am really eyeballing the DieHard Platinum AGM.

Just finished reading that post. Do you see any problems installing an AGM battery in the CRZ? From an electrical stand point. I dont want to upset the way it charges or if the IMA battery "not like" the AGM.
This was the post that spoke about the AGM requiring a slightly higher voltage. I dont want to upset my DC-DC converter. I may just go with the Platinum EFB in 51R and call it a day.

Any of them will be fine, just make sure that whichever one you pick is tested and fully charged prior to install. AGM type is still just a regular lead acid, 151r will drop right in, 51r will give you more capacity but you'll need to chop off one end of the battery tray so it sits level.

Here in the US you've got three different battery manufacturers. The brands don't really matter as much as the manufacturers do. Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls), East Penn, and Exide. My personal favorite is Exide but they just got decimated by legal fines and stuff so finding a battery by them is hard right now.
Clarios is a close second. East Penn is cheap garbage imo.

Home Depot still has stock of them BUT check the voltage before you buy! They often don't charge them up while sitting. Needs to be 12V or higher, anything lower and I'd leave it on the shelf.

The Duralast Gold 51R and 151R are Clarios.
The stock Honda battery is Clarios too.
For me, the cheapest option was the dealer. The original battery was insanely cheap there compared to anywhere in the aftermarket. Might be different in other states.

I'd go for the cheapest option available, as they will all last about 3-5 years no matter what. Quality control with Clarios is usually pretty good.

AutoZone has an Economy 51R for $79. Lousy warranty (90 days) but you could replace it twice and still be right around the cost of a premium battery.

Ran out before seeing the last two posts but said f it and grabbed an AGM. THE honda battery did have a great price but I got sucked in by all the internal resistance and other research lol. I got the duralast platinum AGM in 51R. I'm thinking agm doesn't need those anti corrosion disks and grease but for 3 bucks I figured I'd do it and get rid of them if they don't serve any real purpose.

Duralast also offers a Platinum EFB which has more cold crank amps however I don't really need the cold crank amps and the EFB weighs in at 32 lbs! The AGM weighs 27 lbs.

I've had two places drain out my old battery (151r) while they had my car, 1 was a tint shop and the other a body shop.
Goals of the AGM, no corroding terminals and longer life with doors open etc.

Looks like Clarios, nice!

The washers absorb vapors but any modern battery won't really need them as they are sealed around the posts.

If you are interested in checking if the car is charging the AGM correctly, check the voltage of the battery with the car running and no electrical load. It should be at most 13.8V (at room temperature). If it's higher then turn the car off and wait 20 minutes for the modules to go to sleep and measure the voltage again. If it's above 12.9V then you've got an issue (at room temperature).
