OEM Civic x Si Pistons- 13010-5PA-A00
OEM rods- 13210-5PA-A00

R/S seems to be the same for the LEA, compression for the L15b7 is 10.6:1 vs the CRZ 10.4:1...

The question would be... would the L15b7 pistons/ rods be an upgrade and indeed handle moar boost than the CRZ items?

I have seen PRL doing some crazy stuff with the L15b7, with stock internals... The Z, however, seems to die after 250ish HP.

I'm not sure what's the price of rebuilding everything in your local, but a aftermarket forged piston & rod set should give more safety factor than L15B7's stock.

Besides, B7 platform are more advanced than ours with variable timing on both int. and exh. It has better turbo response and output at higher range.
