@Scooots Replace the IMA fan, clear the codes and then see which if any come back again.

It's the same part but maybe an updated version (to fix the failure problems)
Or he is simply looking up the wrong car model.

You will have to argue with them/Honda HQ.

If you have the 15yr/150K warranty then it should be covered.
