If you do a diligent search online for the part number 1J810-RTW-003 they are still available. See also this thread IMA problems and this search Search results for query: IPU Fan @litz mentioned replacing just the motor.

Or any of the online parts places. There are a number of threads on that fan including one by @PeterPerkins where he was looking for a way to fab a replacement up. I have merged your thread with the existing thread.

There is another part number I have seen but not sure where I saw it it was not labeled the same and had less details about it. it was mentioned by me in one of the many threads on that fan. No longer listed on any site I have used in the past. Good luck finding one.

Warranty varies as to where you are and the year of the car. Even if you are under the IMA warranty, you will need to fight with the dealers to get it applied.
The attached was what I found when I researched the warranty, but it was for 2015. Find the appropriate one for your year.
