Hybrid Car Question

Hybrid market is bland. Only ridden in my moms hybrid SUV - wasn't anything special.

Our family has a Honda Accord Hybrid. That thing is the most fantastic car I've ever driven! We bought it used at 2 grand less than the gas counterpart. I think the dealer thought that nobody would even want it because it was not even in their inventory, it was for a short time a loaner car for folks having warranty work done on the car they owned. I had it cleaned up and checked out and for a year now it has worked trouble free.

My next car will be a hybrid, preferably a Honda.

To be honest I have always shied away from the hybrids. Figured they were the more expensive, over-priced car for the green, enviro-lovers. Now that I see the Honda CRZ and have educated myself more about hybrids I see that my previous attitude is completely wrong.

Look forward to owning a hybrid, probably the CRZ

I own a hybrid at present.

It's s great car. Feels like it's even less costly to keep than human relationships! Of course the real cost is the very seditary like driving style the car works best with.

Hoping Honda or another maker can change that last for me.

Are you worried about having to replace your battery (is your car off warranty) ?? Sounds like it could be a major cost.

I have always have been interested in hybrid SUVs. Mainly because I think SUVs are the worst marketing gimmick out there. Seems like every 30-40 something has their big SUV that they drive around for no real purpose other then its big and to be seen. To see car companies bring out hybrids that conserve gas and are better on emissions is great. Further advancement of the hybrids into the sports car market is a necessary progression that should be happening faster then it is. Props for Honda for starting it all.

No hybrid experience here, CRZ will be the first for me
