The main problem is getting the right paint, PWP in your case, in a rattle can. Maybe you have a car paint specialist in your area. The other option is that you do it with touch up paint, which you can buy at the Honda dealership. However, I think you will have to sand that quite a lot after it has dried to create an even surface for the clear coat.
For the clear coat, use the one the guy in the video uses, namely SprayMax 2K Clear Coat. It's not the cheapest one, but it is (one of) the best! You can order it at several Dutch websites or at most a car paint specialists.
Last note, you will probably end up with quite a lot or orange peel in the clear coat. So wet sanding and polishing after the clear coat has cured is advisable. All in all, I would just check if you can find a local body shop to do it to be honest.
