I'm ashamed. Earlier today when driving backwards out of a garage I caused a horrible scratch low on the frame on the driver's side  The paint is gone at certain spots. I was wondering if it's possible to repair this on my own...
Please keep in mind that I'm living in Europe and some US products

Compound and touch up paint but you have PWP which is a tri coat color. Look at some Youtube videos for how to do it At the least you want to cover the scractch to keep it from rusting.

This video explains how to do it with only rattle cans:

The main problem is getting the right paint, PWP in your case, in a rattle can. Maybe you have a car paint specialist in your area. The other option is that you do it with touch up paint, which you can buy at the Honda dealership. However, I think you will have to sand that quite a lot after it has dried to create an even surface for the clear coat.

For the clear coat, use the one the guy in the video uses, namely SprayMax 2K Clear Coat. It's not the cheapest one, but it is (one of) the best! You can order it at several Dutch websites or at most a car paint specialists.

Last note, you will probably end up with quite a lot or orange peel in the clear coat. So wet sanding and polishing after the clear coat has cured is advisable. All in all, I would just check if you can find a local body shop to do it to be honest.

I think that for a diy job the best you could expect is to make the damage less noticeable. Your best bet is probably touch-up paint. You can get it as a brush applicator and you brush it on, or as a spray can. Either way, you want to fix it to prevent rust.
