As the CRZ gets closer and closer to release with no official price tag being announced, what is everyones guess for the final price? Poll included.

< 25000 here also. I want it to be affordable after all
Once you get all the features added in and it pimped out how you want, can easily see it being $37,000
I'm move than convinced in my mind that I'll be able to walk away from the dealer with one for $27,000 w/ all the options I want
Hopefully less than 25,000....like Goose said here: http://www.crzforum.com/forum/honda-crz-discussion/28-test-drives-2.html#post373

Honda gets it under that price tag and they got a winner on their hands with a huge demand for the car
Less than 25,000....but you will be getting a stripped down CRZ with little features. Start paying more ($5000-7000) and you'll get one with all the features.
$25-35000 voted

I expect to see NO votes for $45000 +
HondaFan - don't want to see a surprise HUGE price grab from Honda for the CRZ??
We will not see this car cheaper than $35000. You heard it here first!

So do you think that will be a fully loaded car or do you think the base model will even be more than 35000? Explain yourself
A rather interesting, and for that matter exciting, quote I found today.

"If this costs as much as 2.7 million yen ($30,000), no one is going to take another look at this car," said Takashi Nagura, an engineer for the CR-Z, while declining to give a price.

If this truly is the case, we should see the Honda CRZ sell like hotcakes!!!
:eek:hmy: :eek:hmy: :eek:hmy: Thats the news I like to hear
BlackCivic must be ashamed to post in this thread now..... @ $35000
Honda will kill this if it's over $25K

This is an Insight sports sedan and should be priced accordingly. Can't imagine ANYONE would pay $37,000 or even $30,000 for this car. Ridiculous. Much more interesting cars available in those price brackets.

If it starts at $21,000 and goes to $25,000 that would work, maybe.
I still have a feeling its going to be $22000ish to start and maxing out close to $30,000 for all the options. Hopefully I'm wrong and its cheaper ;)
I'm with HondaFan. But even still, I'll believe it when the price is official, things can change too much until the time of production.
I think in this marketplace it will have to be cheap..... I would guess $19k is the base price, but once you add in the options that almost every car on the dealer lot will have, most will be priced 24k - 27k

I agree with the engineer though that 30k is too much for a car this small!
I am guessing the car will be $20,000 max... i think thats a fair price tag for the Honda CRZ. But if they come out with a CRZ Type R i think it will be 28k
