Honda CRZ Forum : Welcome! Introduce yourself!

Hi Everyone

I am new here!
I'm in the process of buying a 2012 CR-Z 6MT, just busy with structuring the deal currently.

I have been a fan of these little cars ever since I got my CR-V in 2018. My love for Honda just grew, the CR-Z caught my eye in particular due to it's uniqueness and frugality. It's also quite a sensible car in my opinion for someone without children.

I am from South Africa and you can likely count on one hand the amount of CR-Z's I have seen here. There are as we speak 3 listed in the entire South Africa online for purchase and I am buying one of them. It's a pearl white I think EX model. 143k km on the clock. Full service record. If all goes well I should have it before this coming weekend.

I am quite excited, if this deal does not go through I will probably keep searching until I can find the perfect one as difficult as that could prove lol.

Thank you very much, thats really kind of you to say. So nice to here positive feedback from other owners. I dont get a huge amount of comments on my video from other owners so its difficult to judge whos watching

I've got a 2013 midnight purple...beasty little thing lol

Was wondering a couple things about parts.
I need to replace a front left fender (as well as the front bumper and left side skirt...but most urgently the left fender because it scrapes into the passenger side door edge when the door opens), can I sub in a fender from any year or does it have to be 2013 exactly? I've been having trouble finding spare parts for it ....

Most body parts like fenders fit all years. Most of the basic body parts are the same ( Exception is 2016). Minor differences in suspension and final drive ratio is different between 2010-12 and 2013-16.

also available new just use this page Genuine OEM Honda Parts and Accessories Online - Honda Parts Now figure out the part number you need then use search to find best price. For example I needed a new rear diffuser ordering it on Amazon was a little cheaper and it was shipped from some random dealer.

A knowledgeable person or body shop may be able to realign it and it not need replacement.
