Honda CRZ Fog Light LED Bulb Replacements! USA Made SLF! Plug & Play Installation!

Honda CRZ Fog Light LED Bulbs

Diode Dynamics carries LED bulbs for replacement of your Honda CRZ's fog lights, in all major sizes. They are available in HP, XP, and SLF styles. This will make your fog lights a nice bright white that closely matches factory-equipped HID lighting and factory LED DRLs! Just simple plug and play, replace the bulb and you are good to go! We also offer Luxeon LED Housings for a complete replacement of your factory fog light housings (2013-2015 Honda CRZ Model Years)

Diode Dynamics offers the brightest, highest-quality bulbs on the market. Your order will ship same day, and we're here if you need us for support and service. These LED bulbs are designed by our engineering team here in St. Louis, and every bulb carries with it a three-year limited warranty.

Brightness

Diode Dynamics offers several bulb options so you can choose what fits you best. These options are listed by the design and the lumen output of each bulb, compared to the factory bulb.

HP48: 265 lumens. Slightly lower brightness than factory.

XP80: 510 lumens. Similar brightness to factory.

SLF: Street Legal Output. Much brighter than factory. These are bright! USA Made!

Luxeon LED Replacement Housing: Powered by three genuine Luxeon T LED chips per side, the perfect 5000K white color provides a brilliant LED illumiunation, with a Trulux measured output of 600 lumens. (Please note: similar styles of lamp can be found online which claim much higher output, but these numbers are highly inflated. These lamps are the brightest on the market!)

Bulb Design

HP48: This bulb is designed with 48 Epistar 3014 LED chips. Thanks to the cap on the top, the light from this High Power Bulb is shined backwards and away from the bulb, not straight out. This means the output is excellent, because it uses the vehicle's housing completely, which then shines the light much more uniformly.

XP80: Each of the four sides of this bulb contains three 5W-rated chips, and the top is fitted with four more, under a projector lens. This is the brightest self-contained automotive LED bulb on the market, and is housed in an aluminum casing with a textured finish for maximum heatsinking properties.

These bulbs are made up of a quality plastic connector to slide right into the plug, as well as high durability terminals. A load resistor is embedded to prevent blowing the LEDs from voltage surge, and a diode is implanted to protect the LEDs from reverse polarity. The LED is wired for 12V operation, the kind found on all modern vehicles.

Luxeon LED Replacement Housing: Integrated projector lens distributes light in a wide, even pattern, compliant with DOT and ECE standards for use on-road. With a durable poly-carbonate lens, aluminum housing, and constant-current drive circuit, these LEDs will be durable and reliable for years to come.

Included in your order is TWO BULBS (to fit your Honda CRZ).

Diode Dynamics' products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 3-year limited warranty.

anything around 575nm wavelength?
I assume you are looking for yellow?

Our XP80 Yellow and 3000K HID conversion kits will provide the look you are going for, with plenty of output. However, if you are just looking for cosmetic appearance, we also have RGB LED fog light bulbs that can be changed to any color you like via controller

Placed an order just now! Took a while to come to grips with spending hundreds of dollars on a few sets of bulbs, as I've had some pretty poor experiences with LED's so far. Been through two sets of plate lights, and just had one of my LED reverse lights (of a different vendor) give up the ghost after only eight months.

You appear to run a very professional operation with an emphasis on customer service, and my research online has inspired confidence in your product. Really hoping for quality and longevity out of these new bulbs!

For those wanting to see what these XML2's will do for your CR-Z, as well as some other Diode Dynamic products;

Got a small order from Diode Dynamics today consisting of LED fog light bulbs, reverse lights, and plate bulbs to replace some failing iJDMToy components.

Fog Lights, Natural White (4300K), XML2 (1420 Lumens)

Reverse Lights, XP50 (410 Lumens)

Plate Lights, Warm White, HP3 (56 Lumens)

The XML2 fog light bulbs are mental. I'll take some proper photos of their appearance tomorrow, as I was a bit rushed after the install this evening. I drove around this evening and was very happy every time I caught a glimpse of their reflection.

Here they are installed in the housing - very large!

I feel like I could have gone with a colder 5000K version to better match the factory HID's, but I'm still thrilled with the new appearance. The OEM H11 incandescent bulbs are very a unflattering hue, and rather lacking in light output by comparison.
As promised, here's some photos I took a little earlier giving you a colour comparison between the factory HID's and the Diode Dynamic LED fog's. You can see the very slight blue hue the headlights give off, versus the more neutral white from the fogs. I'm still very pleased with my purchase, and think it has improved the appearance dramatically.

For those worried about the light being dispersed poorly because of the bulb design - have no fear. These bulbs still maintain a brilliant cut-off pattern in the OEM housings. These next two photos also show you the slight difference between the HID's and LED's.

What exactly comes in that kit and when is the yellow xml2 going to be back in stock?
The yellow XML2 option will be available within the next few weeks. We have to solder the yellow LEDs on the bulb in-house

The XP80 is also a solid option for fog lights, but the XML2 is worth waiting for

Thanks for the kind words RustBucket, our R&D team appreciates your review

Sorry, we don't expect to have the 4300K and 5000K back in stock until mid-December.

Thank you for your order!
