Hi, I have a set of fog lights to fit my facelift late 2012-2013 Crz but am missing the sub harness to fit behind the bumper and the relay harness that fits into the interior fuse box. I was unable to buy them directly from Honda in the uk. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

There is a Kit to add fog lights to cars that did not have them, this article lists the part numbers. Once you have the part numbers, you should be able to web search and get the parts you need.

As I am in the US and you are not, I am not sure if the same parts are available there. For US members, this website is handy to look up part numbers Genuine OEM Honda Parts and Accessories Online - Honda Parts Now, but I am not sure of the equivalent for there.
Did your car have the wiring and the rest of the parts needed to install the Fog lights, and do you have round or oval fog lights? That is the difference for the 2 kits, they are for cars that were built without fog lights at all. In US that would be the base models. Kits include everything needed.

I recently bought the fog lights separately second hand to fit the late 2012/2013 model with the round fog lights. Part number 08V31-SZT-1008
They came with the fog light harness but not the sub harness which I think plugs into the factory fitted plug to the frame behind the bumper including earthing. As far as I know the only other wiring required would be the relay harness that attaches to an available empty plug on the fusebox and a small plug factory fitted to the sidewall of the footwell on the drivers side interior. The stalk switch is something I can get hold of.

You may want to consider ordering the whole kit or see if you can figure out the part numbers for those parts, as the kit maybe sitting on shelf somewhere. It sounds like you already have the lights and maybe the surrounds, but need the rest of it. As the car is discontinued, OEM parts like this are getting hard to find and with you not being in the US take the part number for your year for the kit to a dealer, and they can get a break-down of the parts in the kit with part numbers, and then they are maybe able to order just what you need. I presume the part number for the kit is the same worldwide for the correct year.
Good luck, that is the best I can do with the resources I have. My usual online dealer does not even have the kit but here are the directions, maybe that will help
