yep i noticed that yesterday as well... i wonder what panels would have to be changed to add that...

as mentioned in some other posts on vtec.net, there are a number of things that can contribute to the difference in length appearance... one being the lens used... another one for me is the angle... and this really busts that myth for me:
USDM-Spec
- Overall Vehicle Length x Width x Height (in): 160.6 x 68.5 x 54.9 (including antenna)

JDM-Spec (taken from Honda CR-Z brochure leaks out, production specs revealed — Autoblog )
- Overall Vehicle Length x Width x Height (in): 160.6 x 68.5 x 54.9

i couldn't find the EDM-Spec... but i'm quite confident that it is the same...

also look at the picture below... that's the best "real" USDM picture i could find... taken from Detroit Auto Show... you can clearly see the overhang isn't as big as some people on the web were crying about...

I hope this car does well in Europe. With a stick it's still quicker off the line than most diesel econoboxes.
