what kind of driving, whats your budget?

im not a track day regular but i have never put springs on a car. i came close to getting the Swift springs because i hear theyre all that and a bag of chips. in the end im getting coilovers.

I prefer the ride and i like keeping my stock suspension completely intact. With springs you often have to cut bump stops etc. Be careful because some of the cheaper coilovers require you to reuse mounts from your stock units, which kinda defeats the purpose and will cost you more on the install.

i dont have coilovers yet but i think im decided on something from Tein. The Cusco Zero-1 will need you to re-use the upper mounts from your stock suspension i believe. The Zero-2 does not so you can keep your stock suspension completely intact.

In a similar price range is the Eibach coilovers. Problem with these as far as i can see is that theyre only height adjustable - you get no control over dampening. Tein makes an SS coil over for the CRZ too. If you want something cheap K-Sport just released a set but I've heard some bad things about k-sport in the past.
