Check that the spark plugs are still all installed correctly. The CR-Z is kind of known for pushing spark plugs out.
If you're still under warranty than you shouldn't have to pay $800 for coil packs...Yea that's why they said they are replacing the plugs. You can actually feel the pulses of the noise on top of the coil packs. I am still under warranty till december so that why I am having them do it, if the plugs damaged the head then it would be covered since the did the 100K service as well.
If you do nothing than you are absolutely guaranteed to get nowhere.Yea but I dont know what I can do about it. Of course they said it just happens. I guess I could report them Honda Corp but not sure I get anywhere with them. I did try to see if plug 2 was lose but the 5/8 spark plug socket I have would not go down enough on the plug to get a good fit on the nut part. Since I do know of the blow out issue I did not want to take my chance and I took it to the dealer.
