Broken wheel arch, bumper cover hooks

Anyone know how to fix the hooks that hold the front bumper cover? I have busted mine off. On you
Slope Font Parallel Triangle Pattern
tube there are tons of videos on fixing the slots in the bumper cover but nothing I can find about fixing the wheel arch hooks that hold it on. Any ideas?
