Call your insurance company back
If you have full glass coverage, as it sounds like you do, your insurance company must have other vendors they can work with
I bet ya if I called my Honda dealer I would have a brand new windshield in stock in 2-days
Call your insurance company, complain, tell them the glass company you contacted is not helping and you need another solution and you need it now
