Thanks, Koop. This was a good idea.
Edit: Damn, the sheet metal intake manifold sounds great!

The IM sure will help with out boost. It has individual velocity stacks for each port. Larger reservoir, light weight, larger internal bore on the flange... Not to mention it's just a much smoother surface than the factory cast piece, inside and out. You may not see huge numbers, but it will help. It should also yield a few more MPG.Looks like parts to only benefit a boosted platform... i doubt that the IM will do much though? shatner chime in perhaps?
will bisi did wire a aem unit on his, but i also like the fic unit. only time can tell, still a waiting process, come this time next year we will have so many options to choose from.id run the manifold in a heartbeat but it should be noted for people who are not really into "tuning" a car. you will need custom ecu tuning if running the intake manifold. I'm surprised that no one has tried to wire a piggyback into the z yet. I really like the aem fi/c and will most likely run that if hondata doesn't release something. it was showing very good results in the fit.
did he use the fi/c or ems? ems is way to expensive for me to run on a nontrack dd.will bisi did wire a aem unit on his, but i also like the fic unit. only time can tell, still a waiting process, come this time next year we will have so many options to choose from.
there was a company that made one for the fit that was amazing and it was only $150. I'll have to look up which one it was.ill be getting that rear sway bar![]()
i believe it was a EMS, but i totally agree way too expensive for a DD, i have only use standalones on big builds.did he use the fi/c or ems? ems is way to expensive for me to run on a nontrack dd.
sounds a like a progress sway bar based on the price.there was a company that made one for the fit that was amazing and it was only $150. I'll have to look up which one it was.
yea! that was it.sounds a like a progress sway bar based on the price.
:thumbsup:yea! that was it.
I'd really like to see them make one for the z. on the fit it solved a lot of the understeer. everyone who bought one loved it. not saying the bisi part isn't good. I don't remember how thick the progress one was but I dont think it was 19mm like his.
