yeah

knowing a few nc state troopers they are more concerned about seeing what is going on once they get beside you. There isn't a whole lot they can see from behind (going on inside the car) unless your that guy the obviously reaches for the seat belt the second you see a cop

so for there to be a law on the back window is just about pointless

Depends on vehicle type. At least in VA you can have blacked out rear windows in trucks and vans and SUVs. Not in cars. Maybe FL law is the same. I
