    I have 2015 CRZ Manual 6 speed. 46K miles. Was driving a couple of days ago, took the off ramp, dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Hill Assist and VSA came on and as noted in title, no horn, cruise control not working..no "locked beep". I checked the fuses. I found a dead fuse at position 24...
