First ever Honda

Hi Everyone,

Just purchased a 2010 GT yesterday and so far loving it. The wife doesn't love it so much as I have binned off the family car for it so no room in the back for the family, meaning we need to use the wife's car when we need to go out as a family.

Any quirks or things I need to know about please on these lovely cars would be greatly appreciated

Phil

Welcome to the Forum! I'm a long time Honda owner, so I'll notice different quirks than other owners. The only one I can think of, is that there's a perceived "blind spot" at the rear quarters, but that is fully remedied by adjusting your side-view mirrors OUT to see/view what's out there to your back/side, and interior rear view mirror for directly behind. I very seldom turn my head back to see what's around me, as I trust the mirror adjustments and use them.

You can go to this link on the forum for various topics/links to all the questions you didn't know to ask:

My previous car was the 1st Gen Insight, so I think the CR-Z has plenty of power, room, comfort, and handling, but if you compare it to some other car/truck, you'll be sure to find different, personal quirks.

Welcome to the Honda family! Assuming the link works(if not, maybe @litz can direct you) and you have the CVT this ongoing discussion may qualify as a "quirk" that you'll be interested in.
