Where does this plastic cover go?

Hello, I was cleaning my 2015 CRZ and I found this plastic cover under my seat. Itís says PP-21072443. Can anybody help me please

Looks to me like a cover for the end of a seat rail.

Nope.. its the cover on the steering wheel. Goes around the airbag wiring plugs on it.. you will see what i mean!

It probably popped off because someone has taken your steering wheel / airbag out and didn't push the cabling back in properly. My car did this and was driving me nuts..

Thanks for the correction. Might be due to Airbag recall?

Most likely the case that they pulled it / didn't install it back correctly when they put the steering wheel back together. I have a feeling in the future these little covers will be rare. The people who did the airbag on my new car did the same thing, and worse yet.. bent the tabs all up wrong. I had to pull one from my other car.
