2013 weak sound output

I got the car used a year ago and I'm dealing with misc issues. I can hear the radio and cd when sound is turned up to 40, but you can barely hear sound with the car not running.

I plan to disassemble the radio area and look at the grounds to radio and amp.

I also have to check the polarity to the speakers.

I m not an audiophile and i suck at electrical problems, but i like the radio when i drive.

theres 4 big speakers - two in the door and two in the rear behind seats.(no speakers in rearmost location) two new tweeters awaiting install in the dash.

Are there replacement speakers that are direct fit and reasonably priced? (adapters are ok if nothing has to be cut up.)

If anybody knows tricks to get good sound back, please post here !

thank you

Before I would do anything else if it were me I would separate all connections everywhere I can get to \and check for corrosion and high resistance/damage in / to wiring.
