Has all Maintenance been done? If you are unsure replace all fluids, Under hood Battery( or at least Load test it) , Check suspension parts, Air filter, Cabin Air Filter, Wiper blades , Bulbs ( they dim over time) . CVT or Manual? Depending on Transmission replace its fluid (inline filter if CVT).

Garage
At 150,000 if you have any doubts on the spark plugs, change(or at least have someone who knows what they're looking at/for) inspect them.

Look at the condition of the Spark plug wires and anything else electrical or rubber under the hood. Look for deterioration and replace anything that looks damaged.

I recently bought a CR-Z with a little less than 100,000 miles and the spark plugs were starting to fail. Replacing them made such a dramatic difference that I had to drive very carefully to avoid speeding afterward.

But they were in really bad shape. Hopefully most other people's get replaced before they get to that point.

It is amazing at how you get used to deteriorated performance from worn parts and then the difference when they are replaced.
