ZOOM in hibernation

Some sad news today. My townhouse is going to start cracking down on parking cars without a proper parking sticker. Townhouse only allows 2 cars per unit. The local towing service charges $160 per tow on weekends. As me and my room mate both have two cars each, I was only able to register one of my cars. With that said, I will have to park the Z elseware untill I can get another parking pass approved. On the plus side, 21/31 is not bad gas mileage for a ~340 HP turbo 4 Mustang for daily use.

Some good news here... I stored the Honda for 2 weeks for free. During that time I searched for some cheap car storage for the Mustang. Found a storage place 7 min from home. First month is $25 and goes up to $94 after. Got my Z back at the townhouse and my smiles per gallon just went back to full... Hopefully the Mustang storage will be temporary if the HOA ever approves an extra parking pass. If anyone is wondering... I will not be selling ZOOM or parting out stuff. This car is too much fun to drive and does so much better on gas then the EcoBoost(35/39vs 22/30).

Moving the Mustang out of the current storage unit. Found another place that is about 20 min from home. only $80/ month 24 hr access. Current place charges $93/ month. I can swap out cars as often as I want. Waiting for the beatrush underbody panel to come in so I will store the Z untill that comes in. Car is now saying service due now. This way I can drive the Z during the week and use the Mustang on the weekend for work commutes. The Z is definitely quite a hoot to drive but I miss driving the stang to work on the weekends. Been averaging 22-24 daily in the stang and 33-35 daily in the Z.
