Artkozak1's build

I've had Demi for a little over a year now and figured it was time to share my build with everyone. For your enjoyment:

First day of owning her:

Next added yellow overlays for the foglights, cf vinyl around the foglight bay, on the b-pillars,on the face of the radio and a big yellow sticker:

I grew tired of wiping/cleaning the door panels every other week so I reupholstered them with black leather:

I then saw the rear tail light mod and liked the look of it:

While waiting for my clazzios to arrive, to painted the manifold cover silver:

Clazzios arrived:

Next came swapping out the A/T shift knob with the leather Fit A/T knob:

Between all of the above, I played around and frequently changed the appearance of the exterior emblems with various different colored vinyls...from yellow, to black cf to currently, red. More recently, I installed the K&N SRI intake, repainted the cover to red, dressed up the engine bay with red washers/bolts, replaced the radiator and oil cap with spoon caps and added a red pinstripe around the mouth of the grille and back hatch:

The most recent upgrade was swapping out the factory 16 wheels with Motegi MR118 size 17s wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires (205/45/17):

Team Heko visors installed:

More to come within the next couple of days:
Painting the emblems red and inserting black cf vinyl in both, the front and rear.
Wrapped side skirts.
Window tint.
Red calipers.

Debating if I am going to drop her an inch or so. In the process of developing a pro and con list.

Where did you get the carbon fiber vinyl for the part on the side windows?

And also the funny sticker? Haha

Oh please drop it at least an inch. The rear looks way too tall now.

Member "wkqkqkfk" makes both of them. I think you need to PM him for the pillars, but you can get the sticker here:

After a couple of days, I decided to take off the ssm vinyl off the pillars. upon closer inspection, the color wasn't an exact match and didn't look right. so they are back to stock.
I wrapped the side skirts in 3m matte black. first one took me some time to do and the second one went much quicker. a learning experience. i like how the matte side skirts match the wheels.

I also added a red steering wheel emblem:

Silver is such a tough color to match. I had a similar problem with the spare tire cover on my old CR-V.

Where did you get the Spoon e-brake cover? Does it fit well?

The ssm vinyl I purchased was very close in color. Looking at it head on it matched the rest of the car. At certain angles it actually had more luster and looked odd. So to prevent the oddity I took it off.
I purchased the Spoon e-brake cover off ebay. It fits relatively nicely. It wraps around the e-brake and attaches to itself with velcro. The fit is nice and tight at the tip and it spreads out a bit towards the back end of the e-brake. Unless you look closely, you won't even notice because it is on the bottom.
