Red CRZ at the Bonneville Salt Flats durring speed week

Saw a red CRZ with california plates parked by the pits while out at the bonneville salt flats for speed week on monday 8-15-11.

just glad to see some other CRZ's there aren't many out where I live. and wondering if you were there as a spectator or if you had a vehicle running.

Had the pleasure of "running" at Bonneville Speed Week, only it was 1970, and our Romeo Fox Four "vehicle" was powered by two J79s. We circled for almost twenty minutes, hoping that someone would come outta the pits for a run, but nada. Our plan was to drop down to 200 AGL, and fly directly above the runner while cycling our low pan camera.
