Default koya rims

ive never heard of these rims before, but i found a set of 17" koya rims that look pretty good with tires that have lots of life on em. seller is selling them for 350. do u guys think i should make this purchase?

All I can find is that they're made in taiwan and they're gravity cast.

Pretty much off brand and heavy. I wouldn't buy them.

the wheel spec are 17x7.5 with 215 size tires will they fit with out spacers or will spacers be needed
