Thumbs up CR-Z hits showrooms in August

I got my EX 6MT CR-Z in black ordered on the Honda intranet, and got the expected delivery date for August.

Funny i was getting the same one, just got back from a dealer and they told me 1-1.5 months away. Said he had to goto class soon for it so i told him ill go with. Still cost yet.

Unofficial price:
Base model under $20,000 including destination charge.
Top of line EX with Navi under $24,000.

no special finance rates for young individual buyers with goood credit for at least six months, but after that sub 8% is expected.
EX MSRP will be just north of $22K, you'll get fog lights subwoofer, interior ambiet lighting, alloy pedals, and leather wraped steering wheels.
EX Navi MSRP at $24K.

Don't expect to be able to buy one under MSRP for a while, they are coming in on a limited supply basis from Japan.

Now..for 24k with navi...i wonder if i should just wait for the next Si..?

Is that the ONLY difference between trims? a $2,000 navi? If that's the case, what would be stopping me from simply buying the $22,000 version, and throwing in a $500 navi myself?
