Sorry about that, I got this off Mitchell on Demand from work. Applies to all manual transmission models, looking at a clutch housing that's filled with fibrous, fur like stuff? What you're seeing are bits and pieces of a disintegrated clutch disc, which can happen when shifting from a higher gear to a lower one while decelerating from higher speeds.

Here's a typical scenario: getting off the freeway, you push in the clutch to coast to a stopat the bottom of the off ramp. Thinkingit's a goodidea, you drop into 1st gear so you're ready to take off when the light turns green. but you do it with the car still moving at a preaty good clip( faster than you should go in 1st gear). There is a bigbang or thunk and the next thing you know your calling a tow truck.

What happened was as soon as 1st gear engaged, the wheels were driving the mainshaft, which oversped the clutch disc. With such a high mainshaft speed, the clutch disc material simply disintergratedfrom the extreme centrifugal force being generated, resulting in a bigbang and a big repair bill.

It does look like a valid service bulletin (S2000, Civic, Accord and Fit.. couldn't find in listed for CR-Z, but it does state all Manual Transmissions)
But you almost have to be a freaking moron to have it happen..... The TSB is merely explaining how this event occurs, I doubt very much this would be covered by warranty... as it requires massive stupidity on the part of the driver..
