Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I hit new posts and it did it. Hit refresh and all was good.

Maybe a site error, I am unable to upload JPEGS to a post !

Tried yesterday and today.... 404 error.
